Islam at the front desk helped arrange a driver and tour guide for us to visit the Great Pyramids, Dahshur, Saqqara and Memphis. He made our stay so special! The food was great, the view of the pyramids from our room and the rooftop deck was spectacular! Our tour guide Abdul was exceptional. There is a grocery store next to the building which was convenient."
