"The Harborside is a fine spot. It's a bit tired, but it's good value for the money. The AC works very well, so important in this part of the world. The pool is weak, but the place is really best as a one night crash pad. They will try to upsell you on check in, so be ready for that. The front desk staff has an odd air of superiority and importance for the most part. The Duty Manager, I forget his name, was particularly self important. Funny really, I think he instills that in others, because...

"The room was clean and comfortable. We did not drive so can’t comment on parking. We arrived later than expected and front desk was responsive to email and sent instructions, was easy to get in. The property is older but it was fine and we had everything we needed including a comfy bed and working AC Perfect for a budget stay in Cairns"

"We booked 2BR. When we arrived we think wow nice place. Pool was nice. But day after we felt not resort more like residency place.. So many cars parked around the bilding and car park was really tight. The breakfast was really tasty but only one person run the shop and our last day morning he was sick so we couldnt get.and we didn't konw until we got there.No one let us knew shop was closed. It was a bid sad. But we can get refund is good .. Overall room was nice,location is nice....
