"I very much enjoyed this place. The rooms are warm and cosy, even more so considering mine got upgraded, and it's right in the heart of Brugge, too. It's quite expensive, but you very much get what you pay for, which is good."

"Superior room was worth the extra cost, compared to standard rooms that we saw. Breakfast was very good and the service was very efficient and friendly. Our room faced the road and traffic was noticeable early in the morning. Our bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell which we informed the Reception of, but it was not resolved unfortunately."

"Great location and the comfiest of beds! Our room was basic, no tea/coffee or fridge etc but that was fine for us, there was water though. Like others have said, there are areas that are in need of some tidying up but none of it would affect your stay. Breakfast was great, i wasn't expecting much after reading some reviews but it was all fresh and plentiful. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay, we were just there for a night so maybe I'd prefer more room facilities if i was to stay longer."
