"No AC at night. Imposible to sleep inside without AC. The place supposed to have Air conditioning but not all the time, the owner said that was normal in cabo pulmo, but we ask around the people say it was a lie. So we move to another place and no problem with AC. The owner said he will reimburse money but that never happened."

"this house is lovely, colorful, with many artisan features, multiple patios, a well-stocked kitchen, lovely views. during hotter months, the inability to have all night air conditioning may be difficult for those who are hot sleepers, but the proximity to town, views, ceiling fans, and positioning to take advantage of the sea breezes are good offsets."

"We enjoyed our 5 night stay in March 2024. We stayed in the main house. It has a full kitchen with everything you need to cook yourselves a great meal. There are few restaurants in the village a 10 minute walk away. The building is a work of art. Quiet and just on the edge of town. There was someone there each morning asking if we had any needs. "We traveled to Cabo Pulmo to snorkel the reef. We liked the location - about a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and the dive shops. Being right off the beach, the sea breeze made the heat bearable. There seemed to be adequate power - we kept our devices charged and ran the ceiling fan continuously while there. Would stay there again."
