"The hotel was fantastic, tge staff were all lovely and hardworking. Nothing was too much trouble. The music round the pool was fab and varied. The evening entertainment was again fabulous. Our room - platinym double was spacious modern and well furnished. We only had breakfast but that had a great selection and delicious. The 16th rooftop bar was lovely too amazing sunset. The only negative i have is the price of the drinks."

"The hotel had a lovely view of the volcano and the mountains, but it was quite a long walk away from high street down a steep hill. It wasn’t a problem to do the walk a couple of times, but definitely not every day. "Where to begin. Nice to have a glass of bubbly on arrival. Once we got to our room we had two single beds pushed togeather- it took housekeeping a long time to rectify this and we had to call reception to chase it. Ordering room service is farcical, staff didn’t speak any English and kept telling us to call reception, who then told us to call room service. "We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely spacious room with balcony, amazing views from the glass lined dining room. I enjoyed the pool every day although the water is bracing in February! Charming staff from the cheerful dining room manager to our room cleaner, to the receptionist who sent a cup of tea down to my wife when she felt unwell. Highly recommend! "

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. "Despite the reviews I was a bit cautious but the room was large and the pool area was a good size with plenty of sun beds. Fresh food was cooked for breakfast lunch and dinner. "

"We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the Hotel itself was so clean with lots of facilities. The apartment was really spacious with an open plan kitchen diner lounge area. Again all very clean and welcoming. The food in the hotel was really nice and plenty of choice.
