"Really easy going hotel and great for the little ones especially if you are a solo parent as you can also get some R&R. The staff in the Kids Club are truly amazing. Restaurant staff less so. By its very nature it is a busy hotel with lots of families choosing all inclusive and the attitude of some of the staff is almost annoyance. "Being greeted with a glass of Champagne was a very good start. Inside, the hotel looked like a Hollywood set, as was the pool area - a space fit for Cleopatra herself. The breakfast had excellent choices and open for a good time. No in-house restaurant for dinner at this time, which was disappointing, but the main street was 2 minutes away and full of eating places. The beach was outside the front door as was the promenade, which went around the whole bay area. An excellent place to holiday."

"Wonderful property, great location. Breakfast was fantastic and plentiful with daily specials. The only thing that disappointed us was the daily charge at the gym of €6. We are both well travelled and that was our first time asked to pay for the use of the gym. The classes were offered free, when usually incur a surcharge, made no sense to us. Also, it’ll be lovely if there was some music playing around the pool, at least for some part of the day."

"We only had one night here as a result of the Heathrow Airport closure extending our holiday by 24 hours. From start to finish the whole experience was fantastic! We’d only booked in around 2pm via Expedia but when we arrived around an hour later our room was ready to go. "All the workers at the hotel are really nice, place is clean and in a great location. One complaint, the Margarita skybar waiter on 3/25 did not like we weren't interested in buying a cabana that was 79 euros and decided to ignore us the rest of the time. So we couldn't use our "welcome" drinks voucher. Good thing there are tons of bars and restaurants next door to the property. "

"The hotel is a great place to relax, catch the sun and watch the waves breaking on the rocks. There is not much to see in the vicinity by walking distance but with a car or excursions you can see more. Personally I like to stay in the hotel and the staff are outstanding, very friendly and happy to help."

"I have just returned from a 5 night winter break here. I have travelled extensively but this hotel is up there with some of the best i have stayed in, certainly in Europe. The staff were all extremely polite friendly and professional. The pools and grounds were beautiful, but the town outside tge horel was very limited. Decent supermarket nearby well priced.. 5 mins walk to prom and then another 5 or 10 mins flat walk to los Chris area. Lots of food places along the eay. No cardiac hill at this hotel. "

Great property and excellent staff.

"There are so many good things to say about the property such as hire great the staff are, very welcoming. Rooms were clean, loads of room and the amenities inside were excellent. The top features were that there was a great selection on the tv including sky sports, the breakfast and dinner at the hotel were excellent and portion size is good. The only one thing I didn’t like was that the bed was a little hard for my liking."

"Really enjoyed our second stay at the hotel. We first went in October 2024 when the weather was really hot but in April 2025 it was on the cooler side and bit breezier poolside. But as expected, the room and sea view as well as the staff were brilliant. Friendly, professional service in all aspects including during the super busy breakfast buffet service. The only disappointing aspect was the quite brusque and slow service we received at El Mirador one evening for dinner. Would definitely return. "
