"Hotel Varela has the MOST beautiful courtyard and rooftop terrace. I arrived and there were 2 towels and 2 soaps. ( I have never been given a towel in a hostel before!). The room was spotlessly clean (as is the rest of the property). There is a big functional kitchen and plenty of bathrooms so one never has to wait. The staff are friendly and helpful. I was a little worried about there being loads of noise/parties since it's a hostel but this is simply not the case. It is wonderfully quiet at...
