"Well-managed budget hotel. Excellent location. Well-maintained & cleaned. A/C worked great. Bathroom all in order. WiFi sometimes slow or needed to reconnect again, but otherwise entirely usable. Bed was too hard, as they are everywhere in Buenos Aires. Windows had a UV-reflective film on them, which makes the room and outside world seem dimmer than it actually is, which is a downer. No bathroom in the lobby, which means you're out of luck if you need one while waiting to check in or...

"The staff was exceptional and the accommodation was just right for us. The location worked well for our interests and we made friends with people at the local coffee shop and restaurants. This is a fine property for those who don't spend a lot of time at the hotel (very limited public gathering space). "

"Basic hotel, but certainly nothing at all wrong with it. Room was spacious & very clean. Bathroom too. Bed was comfortable. A/C strong as I needed. WiFi was reliable, (oddly my Mac kept dropping the signal but not my PC laptop; not sure why - maybe some problem on my Mac, which is usually more reliable than my PC for WiFi). "Staff is somewhat pleasant. Some are espetacular, e.g. Aldana and Francisco. Other are average. And a couple of them have no hospitality skills, they are always prepared TO AVOID YOU, especially when a guest clearly needs help. Overall, do not expect a 'Four Season' resort. "The only positive about this hostel is that the staff were pleasant and the email communicaiton was clear. Other than that, this place is a dump in need of major upgrade. The common area couches and seats were dingy, sagging and really tired. The bathroom and toilets left a lot to be desired. When I booked this "hotel", I was informed that I had one twin bunk bed.
