"We never got a true confirmation or check in information for this property. When we called VRBO (very difficult from abroad) they said this was a false listing (my daughter had to do this in the states as it was too difficult form afar). We eventually was reimbursed but we had to scramble to find a new place late a night on our own."

"Have visited Bacalar many times. We have loved QM and i think the water is perfect to step into the lagoon from there as it is not deep. Excellent view and a well maintained garden by the property manager, Juan. Really attractive little property! it is a bit far from the centre, away from the busy parts but you have to walk through hills up and down to get there so if older don’t recommend to walk. "This place was very charming and fully equipped. The host is on their A-game making sure that they have thought of everything. It was very clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable and the towels were quite soft. I really appreciated that there were instructions for all of the appliances. We loved lounging on the deck in the hammock or the loungers."
