"Property and room was very nice even though they are under construction. Upon checking in (which they are very strict on 3pm) not even a minute sooner they double charged me and it took 3 days for reimbursement. No apologies and the lady at the counter was very rude. Otherwise it is a very nice hotel for the money. "

"The property managers of this property were rude and incompetent. They ended up double booking the house even though we had paid in full the nonrefundable amount.
