"i reserved a room with 2 beds since October. we get there on 10/6 and no room avail w/2 beds as requested, was told it wld be avail next day. i was given a room with one bed, only 2 pillows, only 1 bath towel, non working refrigerator and non working remote to TV. it was the awful. complained to front desk, was given another dirty room with 1 bed, non working remote, no comforter on bed(only a sheet), one bath towel. next morning was told no rooms avail with 2 beds!!!! cancelled the rest of the...

"Overall it was a good experience. The new gurl in the front needs to smile more and act like she cares. All the other staff i encountered suring my 4 day stay were wonderful. The breakfast was great, everything was always clean. The room i got was near the employee lunch room and closest so there was always noise and carts in front on my room. "

"I thought the room was nice but I did have an issue trying to get the tub spout diverter raised to divert water to the shower head.It took me several attempts as I believe there were mineral deposits on the stem of the diverter that had caused it to be stuck in place. I also noticed that the plumbing is not secured effectively behind the shower head as I was able to pull the shower head and piping forward which should not be possible if it were securely clamped to the studs behind the wall.
