Buda Castle Hotel

3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (1006)
"Really excellent hotel, in a beautiful location. Just around the corner from the stunning Matyas Church and Fishermans' Bastion. You can either easily walk up the hill from the Chain Bridge or catch one of the frequent buses that run to/from very close to the hotel and into the Pest side of town. The hotel is in a lovely, historical, quiet part of town on the Buda side. If you want lots of nightlife on your doorstep then this probably isn't the place, but if you want a relaxing and peaceful stay...

St. George Residence All Suite Hotel Deluxe

3.5 star property
9.4 out of 10, Exceptional, (218)
"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

Park Plaza Budapest

4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1014)
"Prior to arriving at the Hotel I messaged to let them know we were celebrating my Husbands 60th Birthday. When we checked in we had been upgraded and were given celebratory fizz and a rather lovely piece of cake each. The suite was in a very private area of the Hotel, it had views up to the Fisherman's Bastion. Even though the Hotel is on a main road, with the double windows it was rather peaceful. The room was excellent, the bed comfortable and all facilities were top notch. The food in the...
