"The shower was broken. I told the concierge on the first day, and after 4 nights there it was still not fixed. It floods past my ankles and sprayed everywhere and the shower head kept falling. Additionally, my water bottles were not replaced daily (even after leaving a note asking the cleaning person). I had to ask multiple times for more toiletries. Very clean though and beautiful property. Just a little "grey gardens-y""

"Loved this hotel! Wonderful design and location. Very helpful personnel. The restaurant is superb and the waiters are great. There are stairs, but the staff will help with your luggage. I only wish I could have stayed their longer. Would recommend and would stay there again. "
