"We loved it !! Enjoyed the character of an older historical Inn feeling what it may have been like in the 1800’s when travelers stopped to stay and eat and refresh themselves. We delighted in having a hearty breakfast served daily to us in the basement with brick floors that went out to a lovely patio. This prepared us for wonderful days of viewing the fall foliage and visiting some of the many wineries nearby."

"What a great property and gorgeous area! The cabin is a gem- everything was as described or better! My son loved the game room and my wife adored the hot tub under the stars. Loved the view of the river and mountains in the distance. We even saw a bear on a hike elsewhere in the county!"

" The property provided everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time with our family members and the space was comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. We had a great walk over to the retreat center nearby where we saw deer and a spectacular view of the James River. For adventure and groceries we went to nearby Scottsville where we enjoyed dining and shopping. The wedding was wonderful and the property was perfect to reconnect with family during our stay."
