"It’s very near to Lucerne Train station, making it a very good base to explore switzerland. It’s near to the lake Lucerne where u can take a ferry or a leisure walk around. There’s a Losteria restaurant (pizza and pasta) within 5 mins walk. The room is spacious and amentities are well stock. The room service menu are reasonably priced and tasty. Will stay here again when visiting Lucerne. "

Because we were travelling by train, our first criteria in finding a hotel was to be close to the train station so we would not need to drag our luggage a great distance. This location was perfect. "This was a lovely hotel right in the middle of Old Town Lucerne. Everything we wanted and needed was within walking distance, including the train station. The hotel was clean and modern. The front desk staff was extremely helpful. The hotel provided us free access to public transportation. What a nice bonus."
