"The customer service is terrible! It took an hour to check in after I drove four hours to get there. The hotel clerk was very unprofessional and not very helpful at all. My sheets on my bed had cigarette burns on them. There were used water bottles on top of the counter. The room did not smell clean so I decided to go buy bleach to wipe the room down. I was never informed that the hotel was under renovations, everything was a mess. NEVER AGAIN! "

"Check in was fast but the guy said he didn’t think I would make my flight in the morning and laughed about it. I did make my flight. I wanted to take a bath in the bathroom but saw a baby cockroach and started panicking about the room and my belongings. "
