The bedrooms were a great size and having more than one bathroom, plus a washer/dryer, and having a dishwasher was kind of incredible for the price we paid. "The location is top notch! Response and help was almost within minutes!!! With the other reviews we knew exactly what we were getting into so, there were no surprises. We had an awesome time! Some the best food is close by and the subway had very easy access. We would recommend and book again, just read the other reviews so you know what to expect. For us, it was awesome!!!!"

"Very cool neighborhood, near lots of cool spots (less than 2 block walk from bars, CVS, bodegas, bakeries, you name it). The property itself has tons of beds, a cool living room/kitchen area, it is very clean, and it had all the necessaries (towels, towel paper, blankets). 9 guys stayed here and we had more than enough room. Will come back if we have another bachelor party"

Home owner was incredibly diligent with his communication and answered every question during the pre-rental process as well during the time in the apartment within seconds on the VRBO app and via text.Apartment is very spacious and allowed for a very comfortable stay with my family. "This was an amazing flat so close to everything. There was even an electric piano as well as a giant TV. My wife, being Polish, particularly enjoyed the Polish books on the self. You are provided with everything you could need. We found the flat to be clean and the full size bed was really comfortable. The shower was also great and the water was always warm. "This is a rare find in the center of Manhatten. The place is dated and basic, but is very close to subway and you can walk to Central Park and Times Square. The host is great, check-in instructions are clear. I woud not recommend this as a sub for hotel, but at the right price it is a very valuable option if you just need a place to crash for a night"
