"Our stay meet all expectations. House was clean and everything you needed was provided. Home was big enough to accommodate many generations and privacy. Eric was timely and communicated well. Check in and check out was very smooth. Pictures online do not do justice to the house or surrounding location. Good memories were made. All were in agreement, best vacation. Thank Eric. "So, the house is actually much more spacious than the pics portray. It's a very comfortable home with lots of activities. The kids played ping pong, fished, ran wild and enjoyed the directv in the evening. The firepit was ready to go but we didn't have time too use it. The kayaks were great. The back porch and yard are so great for fellowship and fun. The outdoor kitchen worked great for our needs. We rented 2 homes in the area for the weekend because we had a large group. This one was by far the cleanest and most comfortable. The beds! We all slept very well. Communication from pre-booking until check out was great. We will definitely stay here again when visiting family in the area"

"The owner was very easy to work with. He responded quickly to messages, never bothered us while we were there and did not make a great deal of demands for checking in or out. The cabin is cute, the location is little hard to find, but with navigation, no big deal. We were 4 miles from the Rayburn Country Resort/Splash Beach, the marina is right there. Rayburn Country Club is about 2 minutes. The Dollar Store and restaurant, The Stump, are 2 or 3 minutes way. So we were very pleased with the location. I highly recommend the place."
