"Lovely manager - very accommodating and friendly. We stayed in a suite which was beautiful. Me and 2 bridesmaids stayed the evening before my wedding in a family room. This was large and beds were comfy - pillows could be softer. We had breakfast delivered to the room and the charge waivered which was kind. "Stayed two nights at this hotel. Its full of character and lovely decor. Its in a great location being a 5 min walk into Norwich town center and theatre. The staff were very helpful. We eat in their restaurant Friday night and the food was very good."

Room was lovely and very comfortable. All hotel areas were well kept and clean Staff very friendly. We were not told in advance of our stay that there was a disco on the Saturday night. We usually sleep well but the noise was unbearable. It was underneath us and spoilt what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. "
