Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call"

While the utility room had plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery, there were only two mugs on draining board.
