Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call"

"Driftwood is rated as 5 star, and it is well deserved. The B&B was absolutely spotless and finished to a high standard. The room had all we needed with smart TV, coffee machine and very comfortable bed. The bathroom also was finished to a high standard and felt like you were in an expensive hotel. "Location excellent & if you have an electric car & are mobile this is the place to stay in Brixham, 6 charging points in private car parking. BUT this is a very old building with rickety stairs, MANY fire doors & less than clear room directions. The walk from the car park is not easy, beware those with limited mobility or wheelchairs. We booked a snug harbour view for £140 - this was poor value for money, the room was very snug with a tiny bathroom. The view was okay but only through a small...

"Room is comfortable and bathroom excellent. Unlike a hotel room there were no cups in the room. While the utility room had plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery, there were only two mugs on draining board. We kept these in our room for the duration of our stay for fear of someone else using them. It’s a nice enough property but wouldn’t stay again for more than two nights"
