"Didnt stay due to my wife being rushed into hospital the day we should of arrived phoned them on the evening to tell them we wont be comonig no answer . Phoned nxt day and they said thats fine we'll speak to manager no reply for a day then phoned back they said the same we will speak to manager and while all this is going on they charge me for the room i didnt stay in and a week later still waiting for that phon call"

"Location excellent & if you have an electric car & are mobile this is the place to stay in Brixham, 6 charging points in private car parking. BUT this is a very old building with rickety stairs, MANY fire doors & less than clear room directions. The walk from the car park is not easy, beware those with limited mobility or wheelchairs. "Room is comfortable and bathroom excellent. Unlike a hotel room there were no cups in the room. While the utility room had plenty of crockery, glasses and cutlery, there were only two mugs on draining board. We kept these in our room for the duration of our stay for fear of someone else using them. It’s a nice enough property but wouldn’t stay again for more than two nights"
