"When we arrived, Geoff greeted us and gave us a tour of his lovely property. The guest room has a large picture window with a bird feeder in front of it. "We stayed here for the Eagles parade and it was absolutely perfect. The beds are super comfortable and the apartment was roomy and had everything that was needed. For the prior complaints about noise, I think it's somewhat unrealistic of expectations. It's in a dense part of a major city and will have major city noise. Having grown up in Philadelphia and staying with two five year olds, we had no issues with noise during sleep. Would gladly stay here again."

"We stayed overnight for the Eagles Superbowl parade. I was prepared for it to be a litttle bit of a nightmare knowing how many people would be in the city, however, everything went smoothly. The front desk staff had smiles on their faces, were friendly and checked us in without issue. The room was clean and comfortable. The next morning, during the parade, all the staff were welcoming, calm and helpful. They did not seem ruffled at all by the amount of guests in their lobby. It really made the day enjoyable and stress free. Their customer service is on point! "
