"Nice place to stay overall"

"This place was great! Clean, lots of great color and decorating, full shared kitchen with high end appliances. I should mention that there are stairs and no elevator which I didn't mind but just something to be aware of. Overall great experience "

"I took my boyfriend to Philadelphia to check out Lincoln Mill haunted house for Valentines day. I booked a room and I found this one. It was a great price for the weekend. We explored Fishtown and the food was amazing around the area. We did not like the parking situation but the host does explain that when you boo. The train is very loud since it is right outside of your door but if you are heavy sleepers it shouldn't be a problem. The bed was too soft for our liking. Other then that we had a...

"We stayed there for the Eagles Parade we only have boys which was kinda of funny. The place was so well taken care of. Close to Chinatown, convention center, reading market and city hall. Even tho they were boys they loved the ball mouth. Definitely recommend. "

"Easy check in process, good communication by the host and would stay again. Things could be updated but well worth it for the price, 4 large bedrooms in a loud and busy part of the city center. "

"The apartment was clean and just like pictures. There were bare minimum of bedding and the futon in the living room was broken. Unfortunately the people in the apartment above were very loud and made sleeping difficult. The location was good. Easy walk to center city a restaurants."

"We liked the place a lot. Things to know; if you are a larger person the stairs to the kitchen and the shower may be hard to use. We were fine but my husband and I are both 5 foot 6 and 150 pounds. This is street front so a little noisy but did not bother us. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Not easy to pal if you plan to drive into the city. Normal for major cities. We would definitely stay again. "
