"Beautiful classy hotel in a great location. Friendly and helpful staff, you even get a free ride around the City in a vintage Bentley. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint was the pillows, but this criticism can be levelled at most hotels, I guess they can’t use feather pillows for allergy reasons. Note to self, Will bring my own next time! "

The only disappointment we had was we didnt know in advance that the pool would shut early and open late the next day so we wouldnt get to use it very much. "I love the refurbishment and particularly like seeing the black and white photo of Rod and Elton in the bath. Superb welcome by Owen on Reception when I checked in. Nothing too much trouble. Lovely chat with the lady serving breakfast. I asked if I could take the Hungarian chef home with me!! An extremely memorable breakfast. As Arni would say "I'll be back" Thank you to all the wonderful staff at The Dormy House West Runton Norfolk. The bed was huge and cosy - don't make me go!!"

"Pub is lovely, great atmosphere, outdoor winter seating was cosy and a real selling point. Staff were welcoming and accommodating. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated. It could have done with a more powerful shower. Slightly disappointed as didn't realise we would be staying away from the pub. We were waiting just over an hour to check in because our room wasn't ready. Booked in for breakfast for half 9, unfortunately by the time we had had our cooked breakfast we went to get pastries...

"A great house with plenty of space! Location is very close to the beach as well as the town which has lots of lovely shops, pubs, cafes and more. Beds were comfy. Handy having a laundry room with small children. Lots of stair gates and bed guards in the house to use. A few areas needed some deeper cleaning.
