"This cabin was perfect. No issue finding it even never being in the area before. The WiFi was strong enough it was able to support me having to take a proctored exam for school without dipping in service. They have everything you will need to be comfortable. The park is clean and quiet. Close to town for food cannot wait to come back! "

"We stayed at the end cabin in the cabin complex. The cabin and the complex were really nice. The cabin was one main level with an upstairs loft area and a downstairs back porch area. It was open and spacious with a nice wood decor. The complex had fire pits, corn hole, a sauna, a hot tub etc... The whole place was nice and well thought out. Overall, it was great. "The Overlook has great space to accomodate a group that is looking for action at the lake or throughout the northern Texas country. Plenty of bathrooms, bedrooms and storage. The place is dated and could use some sprucing up, but if that doesn't matter to you, it's an incredible value for the space."

"I booked our cabin for my family to celebrate Thanksgiving and we had the best time! The neighbor was quiet and peaceful and we had the chance to fully unplug. The instructions were clear and I had a very attentive team who checked in with us throughout our team. The house is packed with games, cooking pans and anything you might need for a cozy weekend.
