"I loved the authentic vintage look of the room. The curtains were elegant. My headboard had wooden cherubs carved in it! The bathroom was enormous! We had breakfast the next morning and I was greeted by my first name. 100% homestyle breakfast. We had the breakfast platter with sausage, hash browns, toast and eggs. We also had the biscuits and gravy. "

"The sheets had not been changed in our bed Crumbs and hair all in bed . We changed sheets ourselves. The bed was broken and uncomfortable. The AC could not be turned down below 70 in Texas that’s too hot and humid."

"Quaint southern bed and breakfast with lovely staff, good food, comfy beds and good vibes. They go out of their way to accommodate. This is an old 1900s boarding house made B&B. Lots of charm. You feel the history of the area and the house. We came out for a wedding at a local ranch and were more than pleased with our stay"

"This was our second time and just like the first, we had an amazing time. Jimmy and his family are so nice and attentive to the needs of their guests. We came to spend quality time as a family. We had a few extra family members come out to shoot, fish, cook out and have smores, i let Jimmy know that and he had no problems with that. We didn't catch any fish but the memories made here are so worth it! Thank you so much Zimmerman family and we'll see you next time!"

"I loved this house! All the windows and natural lighting were awesome. The beautiful view from the King size loft was amazing to wake up to! I rented it for the weekend for my boyfriends 40th birthday. His brother's little family joined us for one night and the rest of the time we had to ourselves. It was so relaxing. Thank you the hosts!
