"We had a great time at Muthu Fort William - Our only regret was that we didn’t extend our stay! Staff were exceptional. Rose Ann constantly greeted us with a kind smile and genuine positive energy regardless of the time and was attentive to each guest’s needs. Great location with complimentary parking. Laundry services were out of order while we were there, BUT it’s a quick walk to the laundromat in the grocery store near by. We stayed on the first floor and the ceiling sounded paper thin as the room above us was pretty noisy and stomping around, but other than that it was a perfect stay"

"Stayed for 5 nights, room comfortable and well equipped. Downstairs double. Staff friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble, with my allergies they were happy to sort food with the chef and had oat milk available. Entertainment a couple nights a week, great singalong."
