Beautiful views of the mountains and lock from my room! Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. Plenty of free parking. Restaurant right on site. Free wifi. Close to Fort William.

A bit shabby but the friendly, helpful staff more than made up for this.

The staff was so wonderful and friendly. My only complaint would be the shower hard to manage. Otherwise had a fantastic stay
A lovely spot in Glencoe! I was extremely happy our host even offered to upgrade our room! Incredible views and friendly service. Thank you for the incredible stay, I hope to stay here again and further explore the area! Big thanks from your Canadian Guest!
No one on reception when I arrived, room smelt damp, mould in the shower cubicle, shower cubicle doors didn’t shut properly, no soap in the soap dispensers, sink plug didn’t allow water to run away properly, shower tray filled with water when having a shower, bathroom door handle was laid on the floor, and toilet so close to the shower you had to ride side saddle.
This is an outrageously inadequate hotel. It is unwelcoming, with a pathetic bar, poor restaurant and unloved rooms with uncomfortable beds. At £175 a night it is an absolute joke. Oh, and no soda in the bathroom and then sink was blocked.
Avoid it.
Good staff, lovely view. Hotel is a little shabby, and over priced for what it is. Would only recommend if it was cheaper and if you really wanted the good view.
Hotel room v ropey, although views amazing. Cheap bedding and a very old bathroom with no shower attachment! No plug chain. O/f furnishings.
DownstIrs loos no soap or loo roll and mouldy floor/wall. V nice staff, but not enough of them. Other rooms looked better, so maybe we were unlucky but expensive for what we had, even though we were paying high season prices.
I was really disappointed in this hotel. When we walked in to check in, it was seriously creepy- no lights were on and no one was around, and the hallway leading to our room was giving the shining hotel vibes. There were crumpled up dirty towels in our room and garbage littered throughout. Lodge on the loch needs some serious updating.
