The staff were very friendly and helpful despite being very busy. There was a mixup with our booking so they provided a bag packed full of snacks and drinks which were very much appreciated. The room was very pleasant and beds extremely comfortable. Excellent stay highly recommended.

A few issues with our room and cleanliness which meant changing rooms. Staff were very friendly, apologetic and went out of their way to make amends. The complimentary gifts left in our new room (with a working TV) were a lovely surprise and very appreciated.

Pleasant stay in week to Explore Ben Nevis.

Ideal place to stay for a solo treker keen on climbing Ben Nevis. Lovely to use pool sauna steam as part of the stay included in the price too.

Great value, no WiFi, a bit dated

Incredible value for money, if you don’t mind it being a bit dated! Overall the stay was great, doubt you’ll find a better place for the money. if WiFi had worked (only the staff WiFi was available) and the changing rooms for the gym were a bit cleaner / had less bugs in them I’d give it a 5 stars!

Great location. Four poster room very comfortable and clean, only problem was shower. Did not get hot water. Staff friendly and polite, breakfast was very nice. Access to leisure club in poor state of disrepair and needs a lot of attention.

Very run down hotel, single glazed windows and very cold rooms with paper thin duvets. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the hotel and the leisure facilities were very unclean. The sauna was also out of action.
