"We absolutely loved this place. The beach/ocean was only steps away from the house. It was never crowded and felt semi-private; would have been completely private if not for a public access street/parking nearby. "We enjoyed our first visit to the Tamarindo Beach area very much. The apartment and hotel beach area was a quiet get-away from the busier, more touristy part of the area. I can't say enough good things about the hotel staff--they were all attentive and always ready to help with whatever we needed. "We loved the condo, pool, view, security, communication, parking and amenities. Updated bathrooms and air conditioning were very nice! Although it’s advertised as steep road, the way up and down was too scary for us to drive. We ended up walking down and then ubered back up. The beach is right at the end of the 1/2 mile long road which was convenient so Ubers were only 4-10. "

"We loved our stay here. For our families needs and wants this place was perfect. My son (11) loved the pool and being right off the beach was perfect. We were in the ocean every day. The second bathroom was great to have. The deck was wonderful and we were out there whenever we weren't at the beach or pool. "

"This is a breathtaking property inside and out. The unit was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. This building is in the perfect location, just outside of the hustle and bustle of Tamarindo, but close enough to walk in to all the restaurants and shops if you want to. There is direct access to the beach in either direction for miles and the heated pool was a nice touch at the end of every day. An amazing property!"

About half the time we could park in the lot, the rest of the time had to park on the street, though that was not a problem. Plenty of beach towels. Kitchen had everything we needed. Pool just outside front door was always clean and refreshing."

"The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....

"I really enjoyed our week stay here. The place is very hilly, but we didn't mind so much. You have to make sure you snag chairs by the pool early because it gets HOT in the afternoon and you don't want to get stuck under the sun. The staff was all extremely friendly. I could tell some of them appreciated when you talked in Spanish, they seemed to not expect it from most people, but then got excited when you understood. The food was all great, our favorite was the Asian restaurant. The bartenders know what they are doing, we asked for random things and they always gave us something good!"

"Loved this place just from the beginning you literally fell like a star and since we entered until we left Christian the manager took care of us very well Just that the staff at the bar next to the swimming pool (in front of the spa) was a bit rude All the remaining staff was amazing be it in the restaurants or in the spa or the reception I would definitely return and take my whole family to it "

"I stayed at the W Costa Rica celebrating my boyfriend birthday. I absolutely love this resort. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs during our stay. Our was so spacious and the ocean view put the icing on the cake. Will definitely recommend this property if you’re visiting Costa Rica!"
