"Pleasant stay before heading on holiday. Girl on desk was pleasant but didn’t give you the warm welcome that we expected. No information about the facilities and didn’t appear very interested. We used the pool and it was clean and tidy and the boy on reception was very helpful albeit was watching the England football game. Meal at san Carlos was the highlight of our stay. Would probably try and use a different hotel if flying from Manchester again."

"Lovely overnight stay ahead of an event at the close by Manchester central. Hotel room was very nice, comfy bed. Bathroom clean and toiletries provided. We did self check in but there were staff helping other guests. We had very noisy neighbours but still managed to sleep well. Would stay again"

Great stay

"Check in was quick and easy - room was simple but clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely use again if travelling from Manchester airport. All the spaces I saw were clean, the bed was very comfy and the room wasn’t too warm. "
