"This property was perfect for our needs, working at a conference in the city. We arrived 9pm and left early both days, so just needed a place to sleep. Private carpark round the rear of property. Close to metro (tram) stop and an easy 20 minutes by car from the city centre (less for Salford Quays or Old Trafford). Apart from check-in we never saw anyone during our weekend stay. Host was contactable by mobile if we needed (which we didn't). Self service breakfast provided (cereals) as under new...

Clean, warm, with amazing traditional English touches - tea and teapot with biscuit jar in the room - Sherry decanter but bright clean modern bathroom with powerful shower. Dining room for amazing selection of homemade breakfasts and An evening parlor for a glass of wi e to serve for yourself. Very welcoming...

This made any night time toilet trips impossible to make without waking someone up with the light and extractor fan. The shower pressure was very weak & the sink was tiny.
