The home had apparently flooded during the hurricanes and the flooring had been recently replaced. I noticed all the furniture is different from the online photos so maybe the furniture was damaged as well but everything int he home was beautiful and in great condition. Very nice furniture. "Tammy has thought of everything. The place has all you need for a comfortable stay, including comfortable beds. Tammy was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood was great. It’s very close to the Manatee Viewing Center; which is a must if you are there in the winter. It’s close to several good restaurants including the Sunset Grill, Fins, Circles, The Vineyards (food awesome; service very slow) and Apollo Pizza. Please, make sure you note that neither the Hot Tub nor the Pool is heated. ...
