"We had a good time at this place. The pictures make it look a little nicer than actual but the layout is good for large group. A couple minor things could make this place perfect. They only give you a small amount of toilet paper and paper towel to get you started. The pool heater wasn’t always working but when it did, the pool was nice. "Our daughter’s family just relocated to nearby Florida from overseas and the household did not arrive yet. We booked this location with enough space for everyone allowing us to fly there and see them after 18 months. We found the home very comfortable and spacious for our needs. It was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool each afternoon. Rene reached out a couple of times to confirm that everything was to our satisfaction. It was definitely a great experience. "

"We stayed here for a bit over a month before moving out of the area. It’s a nice and clean place in a quiet neighborhood. The yard could use a little cleaning up but the view over the river is beautiful."

"Really nice house it accommodated 7 people comfortably as we were in Tampa for a flag football tournament. No complaints at all. Would definitely recommend this place and would look at renting this house again in a similar situation. "

"This VRBO was in close proximity to an outdoor family wedding we were attending from out of state. Everything was just the way it was advertised. Tony was great to communicate with, from my initial questions at booking all the way through the day we checked out. There was plenty of items you would hope to have when staying at a VRBO rather than a hotel (trash bags, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets), etc… If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again. Thanks, Tony!!"

"The property was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Could use a couple of comfortable recliners in the tv room. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

Home had almost everything that we needed minus a hairdryer which I went to CVS and purchased one (I did not leave this there so you will need your own.) We also discovered that the coffee maker was not a Keurig but a Nespresso machine which takes pods that the local stores did not have in stock.
