"I feel like I'm nitpicking because the employee's were wonderful and the premises were spotless. They couldn't do more for us or be more helpful, but: The only place to put clothes for 3 people was closet with a couple shelves. Had to ask for hangers, there were 2. Bedroom had 2 nightstands with 2 small drawers in each. There was no place to put suitcases. We were only given one door card and one small bar of soap. Once you learned how to use the buses and tube with the citymapper app...

"The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc... But the apartments are just missing a few home comforts. Higher standard of cutlery and knives. Mirror in the lounge or bedroom. ...

"Great spacious two bedroom apartment. Very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly. Tube station less than a 5 minute walk, Bakerloo line. Plenty of supermarkets or takeaways around the apartments if wanting to eat in."

"The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

"Nice accommodation for the price. Well looked after, comfortable bed, good shower, and nice to have the kitchenette with coffee machine. Only downside for me was the apartment that I was booked in sat right over a very busy intersection with a popular bus stop and a pedestrian crossing that beeped every 60 seconds to let people cross the road. Luckily I'd packed my ear plugs. Generally a good stay, but be wary that it's not in a quiet location."

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "

"The property was very nice and clean. Brand new and everything was in order. My only complaint would be that it was on the top floor and it was all stairs so if you had to have a lot of luggage, I definitely would not recommend apartment 13. For me who is traveling with A Backpack it was perfect"

"We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

Our room was clean and had all the amenities for staying 9 days; fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Bathroom has a towel warmer. And a really big enclosed balcony. "Great hotel with friendly staff, pleasant 14th floor bar, cocktail Aviation is prefect. Food in the 1st floor restaurant is also good and fresh. However no water in room at all even in small bottle, no cap for dush, no bath robe, note please, no bath robe it is not about Hilton. Why I prefer Hilton if I have choice, firstly because ideal proportion price-quality, secondly because standard and, first of all, it is an internal lock you can use to block the door inside, it is for safety and, secondly, bath robe for comfort and, of course some water reserve to drink, at least small still and sparkling. I hope next time to find all this as usually in Hilton. Thank you very much in advance."
