"The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was amazing. We were able to get an early check in after driving all night to escape a snow storm in Tennessee. There was a very loud dog in the room next to us that barked all night, but that's not the hotel's fault. We had some issues with the laundry facilities and had to get staff involved. Even she admitted they should pull some of the equipment out of service to fix it because it didn't work correctly, but she was extremely helpful. We will...
