"The property is stunning. Location is pretty good. New Orleans can have some sketchy neighborhoods - and there are some within walking distance, but this area seems to be up and coming. We had no safety concerns during our stay. Lyft ride to the French Quarter is about 13, so access is pretty quick and easy.The place was spotless when we checked in - which was early after we received permission to do so from the owner. The process to request and receive early check-in was smooth and seamless....

"We had a great time here! The home was beautiful with high ceilings and spacious. Very clean, bright, and newly re-modeled. The kitchen had everything we needed for the stay and the location was close to downtown. Some comments we had are that one of the lights was flickering in the master bedroom and the shower in one of the bathrooms was slow to drain. Both of these issues can be easily fixed, however! "

"Stayed here for Mardi Gras 2025 and had a total of 9 guests. Lots of space for everyone. The location was pretty decent, although a walk/short drive to most restaurants. About a 10 minute drive to Bourbon St.The street parking near the unit isn't marked great, so we parked directly across from unit and didn't have an issue.The unit has lots of stairs, so may be tough for anyone with trouble getting up steps. "Noisy neighbors for our first three nights of our stay up until 2:00 am with screaming kids and party parents. Lots of street noise. We were not made aware that we were staying in an upstairs unit with a flight of very steep stairs. Kitchen was outfitted with dollar store knives and sheet pans. Bath towels were very thin except for three."
