Our room was clean and had all the amenities for staying 9 days; fridge, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Bathroom has a towel warmer. And a really big enclosed balcony. "Great location for teaching at Reading University or Royal Berkshire Hospital. Flat was really spacious with all amenities that you would require. Bed was really comfy and fans provided as it was hot. It was quite noisy being on the ground floor flat, you could hear people on the stairs and when the front door shut."
