"We ended up staying two nights due to a flight issue. The staff were so friendly, and were great with helping us after our flight had been moved to the next day. We took our two cats as well, and we had no issues at all. The food at the restaurant was great! Lots to choose from. The location was great for our flight from Heathrow Terminal 2, and there was a shuttle bus and very accessible taxis/ubers in the area. The rooms were very clean as was the entire hotel. Really pleased with our stay and would recommend! Great price too considering it’s proximity to Heathrow."
