"Didn’t stay there I booked the Erin extended stay and they wouldn’t refund my money 10 min after I made a reservation on line ! Sad that people are so greedy . So to everyone out there bossier Cityextended stay is freaking terrible . I’m really glad I counlnt stay there . So thank you Bossier City extended day for absolutely robbing people."

"The property itself is amazing check in was smooth and easy. My issues arise with the suite we stayed in. The cups were filthy and still had food in and on them. My remote did not have batteries I went to the front desk to ask. I was told maintenance would bring them up but make sure I do not have the dnd sign up and this was 5 mins after checking in. After about an hour I called the front desk and was told the same thing. The batteries still never came. I would have liked for the floors to be...
