"We had a great stay. The hotel was good value, very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel location was great and close to the beach and other great restaurants. Will very likely stay here again if we come to Brighton again. Only thing we couldn’t figure out was how to open the window - not sure if they open at all."

"Staff at breakfast were a little unfriendly and items ran out quickly. Lounge area is lovely and spacious and rooms nice and quiet."

"Best in Brighton We stay here twice a year and the manger not only gave us an upgrade but came to our room with drinks vouchers and some travel toiletries. The sea view at breakfast is fabulous and the location is literally the best possible in Brighton. Large comfy rooms, lovely bed; great bathroom. We love it here!"

"We returned to hotel after being out for dinner to find the bathroom floor flooded. This was promptly dried up with floor ti be told to contact reception if it happens again. All looked fine only to find the same thing when going to the loo at 2am. This time we were relocated to anothet room, given complimentary breakfadt and late checkout at 2pm.
