"Very well presented and well-equipped. Had everything we needed for a family beach holiday plus a pleasant south facing patio/garden. Plenty of parking. 10 mins walk to supermarkets, butchers, greengrocers, bakers, etc. plus a few restaurants and cafés. Would stay there again."

"We had a lovely stay at Shepherds Barn, we went for the Goodwood horse races and because of its location, the property was perfect for us. Everything was really clean and in great condition. The surroundings were beautiful. It was great to also have a little kitchen to make our own breakfast in the morning. "

"We had a fantastic week's holiday at the end of August and really lokked the house and the location. Feels like a home from home ..the only small suggestion i would make is that bedroom curtains could be darker ones as the light really is blinding ...very relaxing and i would stay again ."

"We had a great stay in Spence Cottage. The house was lovely, spotlessly clean and well appointed. Very handy to have a washer and dryer for a beach stay. We enjoyed using the patio as well. Location was very good, a quick drive to East or West Wittering and having the shop next door was a nice feature. The area is not that walkable, so you do need to drive most places. All in all, it was a great house and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!"
