I thought the telephone manner of the 2 people I booked with was friendly and patient and helpful, I was visiting Havant for the first time and felt I could ask for more. Room was spacious and temperature good, lovely beds, functional and clean bathroom with hot water.Nice staff and appeared to be nice clientele. Liked the attentive breakfast staff.

Stayed for a number of nights while at an event nearby. Fantastic location and loads of car parking. Received a warm welcome and efficient checkin. Bar food was tasty and atmosphere friendly. While very comfortable the twin room was dated and bathroom needs work on the shower and toilet.

The staff were brilliant. Friendly, helpful and very welcoming. The hotel would benefit from an overall refurbishment, carpets and paintwork look quite worn. When we arrived finding the entrance to the car park proved quite challenging, maybe some directions to it on the website would help. The breakfast coffee was terrible however the food overall was better than expected, generally well cooked and tasty with some nice touches such as pea shoots and sliced chilli on the SE asian curry. The Sunday roast was also a hit.
