"The hotel was beautifully design and nicely maintained. The food and beverages were very good however can be improved by bring in some more healthy food as well and offer some more healthy smoothies and protein shakes. The members of staff are really friendly, polite and helpful and I believe it should be an option to add some tip at the time of check out to and tip account which all the members can receive it evenly. However if you are looking for a relaxing and winding down vacation maybe...

"A clean and affordable choice for visiting Jamaica. I always fly into Kingston, so Ochos Rios is much close than Montego Bay resorts. Food is amazing (a little pricey for dinner, but worth it) but I chose the breakfast included option and every day was delicious. Rooms super clean, bed comfy, and amenities were great. Definitely coming back! I came with my boyfriend, who is from Jamaica - I felt safe walking with him along Main Street to grab food/take a walk. Room was cool and air conditioned the entire stay. Thank you Sago Palm! "
