"Hotel staff was great. Management and front desk made us feel welcome. They were ready to help. Expedia made a mistake by selling us a room that was not available. The hotel made it seem like it's not a problem and we got an upgrade and they made it easy and stress free. "

"A pousada é bem grande e nada intimista como parece ser pelas fotos, nota-se que aumentaram muito o numero dos quartos para uma estrutura pequena de piscina e restaurante, que aliás oferece almoço, mas estava fechado durante a estadia. Café da manhã fraco e com muita fila pelo espaço físico claramente insuficiente. Piscina bacana, mas pequena para tantos quartos, gerando super lotação. Funcionários da recepção nada simpáticos e solicitos. Mas o pior foi não ser informado que a pousada está em obras, e em uma viagem de descanso ser acordado as 09 da manhã com barulhos de serras, furadeiras e marteladas em frente sua janela, além de uma manutenção com as mesmas ferramentas no quarto ao lado as 21 horas, e o desconforto de passar no meio das obras com funcionários trabalhando para acessar toda a estrutura da pousada. Quando solicitado outro quarto mais afastado das obras, disseram só haver suítes mais caras disponíveis e que eu teria que pagar a diferença. Travesseiros péssimos, e colchão de molas nitidamente velho pela dureza e desconforto."

"Fantastic location. Staff helpful and friendly. On-site parking was just fine. They held your key in case they needed to move your car (which kind of didn't make sense where I was parked). Very good breakfast. "

"There are some great things about this hotel, some mediocre things and some really bad things. The good: it’s well-updated in the rooms and the lobby. The rooms are basic and plain but you have everything you need. Everything was clean, the bathrooms were clean and updated. There are some great amenities such as the kids’ playroom, the game room, and the piano downstairs. The staff was helpful and kind. The bad: Elevators were a serious problem. The elevators are very small and it isn’t enough for the amount of people (and we visited in the off-season, in July). We were often waiting 20-30 minutes to get an elevator. Breakfast was chaotic. Not really a big enough dining room for everyone. One day we had to wait 20+ minutes in line just to get a table… and we had already waited 30 minutes for an elevator. That was a real headache. Valet parking was also a mess. On the day of our departure we requested the car in person at the reception desk. Waited 1.5 hours for our car to arrive in front of the hotel! We had a very long drive ahead of us and that was a very big problem. We were constantly asking the front desk when the car would arrive and we were told it was “almost there”… for an hour and a half. There is no excuse for that. The pool… lots of mold and gunk around the tiles on the sides of the pool, and on the surrounding walls and ceilings. The pool itself is old and they have just replaced the pool deck tiles. Felt gross. Also the water was not warm enough. "

"Family vacation in Camboriu. Stay 5 nigths at SUBARA hotel. Breakfast was good, diverse every day. All so service was good. Dinner Ok, good service. Reception not the best services, not too informative about town atracction or even transport method, that after 2 days we realice that was for FREE. Passenger.brasaket was given the last day! Clean rooms was not the best. The hotel is remodeling, with noice and worker around, sometime was disturbing. Hotel have has good location, just 2 block diatance from central beach and on the main ave."
