Tive uma estadia traumatica, primeiro pq faltou luz, e ficamos sem ar condicionado, com muito calor. Após o retorno da energia, depois de reclamar varias vezes trocaram de quarto que tinha mais "ventilação", porem nao estava com ar condicionado efetivo, um quarto de padrao e valor menor do que reservei. O ar estava ventilando com barulho muito alto que vinha direto na cabeceira da cama, estava com minha mae idosa que não dormiu nada, quarto com cheiro de mofo. No check out não foi cobrado a diaria da garagem, mas porque eu pedi, pq paguei por uma diaria alta de quarto e dormi num quarto menor. Pessima experiencia, nao volto mais.

A localização do hotel é PERFEITA. Pé na areia, bares e restaurantes ao lado. A cama era muito confortável, o quarto limpo, chuveiro otimo. A equipe muito atenciosa, conseguimos entrar no quarto antes do horário. O café da manhã é bom. A vista linda. Não usamos; mas também tem piscinas cobertas, academia, uma boa opção em caso de chuva, por exemplo. O único “probleminha” pra nós foi o barulho no quarto vindo dos outros quartos mesmo, quando ligava o chuveiro, a descarga, dava pra escutar tudo! Não foi um grande problema pra nós, mas para quem tem sono leve ou quer descansar mais, pode ser.
