O hotel é simplesmente incrível! O café da manhã é excelente, muito variado e farto. Também adorei o almoço e o jantar, tudo de altíssima qualidade. O atendimento na recepção foi impecável, extremamente cordial e eficiente. Um detalhe que me impressionou foi o cuidado no momento do check-in. Nossas malas foram levadas ao quarto sem que percebêssemos. Quando terminamos o processo e perguntamos sobre as bagagens, nos informaram que já estavam no quarto. Pode parecer algo simples, mas em todos os hotéis que já me hospedei, mesmo com ajuda disponível, as malas sempre subiam conosco no elevador. Nesse hotel, fazem isso antes para que você chegue ao quarto tranquilamente e pronto para aproveitar. Esse diferencial faz toda a diferença! A localização é perfeita, no coração de Balneário Camboriú. Está no meio de tudo, com fácil acesso a lojas, bares, restaurantes e pertinho da praia. Sem dúvida, uma experiência inesquecível!
