O hotel é bem localizado, climatizado e de limpeza impecável. O cafe da manhã tem diversas opções e bolos deliciosos. Meu quarto tinha vista para o mar e para a roda gigante. Deixo como sugestão melhorar os elevadores.

Pior hotel da minha vida.
Venho por meio desta expressar minha insatisfação com a minha recente estadia no hotel Açores, em Balneário Camboriú, reservada através do Hoteis.com. Primeiramente, o estacionamento do hotel ficava a mais de 600 metros de distância, o que não foi informado claramente no momento da reserva. Além disso, durante nossa estadia, faltou água e energia, prejudicando nosso conforto. Outro ponto crítico foi que nos forneceram apenas uma chave do quarto, mesmo após explicarmos que estávamos em três pessoas, e negaram uma chave adicional para nossa amiga, que é deficiente auditiva, mesmo após ela apresentar a legislação que garante esse direito. Além disso, a máquina de venda de água não resgistrou corretamente meus créditos ficando com o meu dinheiro, e para piorar, no momento em que minha esposa estava doente e precisei de utensílios para alimentar ela, o hotel se recusou a fornecer uma simples colher. Acredito que esses problemas demonstram uma falta de cuidado e consideração com os hóspedes, e espero que sejam tomadas providências. Tinha baratas no banheiro e quarto.

A estadia foi muito boa, com atendimento excelente, cafe da manha bom e localização sensacional. Apos o checkout (11h) o hotel tem o serviço para deixar as malas em uma sala, com um funcionario para te acompanhar e etiquetas para identificar a bagagem. Utilizamos esse serviço porque nosso voo era apenas as 16h e optamos por aproveitar a cidade. Como ponto de melhoria, identificamos apenas que faltam tomadas nos quartos, principalmente proximas as camas, para carregar celular. Ademais, foi uma experiencia agradavel!
