This is the first hotel where i had to pay for parking on their own property. The room looks nothing like what is shown on the pictures they need to renovate.

Incompetent staff

This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldnā€™t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldnā€™t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriendā€¦go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

Excedeu as expectativas! Apenas os preƧos da conveniĆŖncia do hotel e das comidas, que achei acima da mĆ©dia. E as comidas deixaram a desejar, pricipalmente pelo preƧo. Pagar R$109,00 em um tagliatele individual ao frutos do mar e receber uma maƧaroca de massa com 3 mariscos e 3 camarƵes Ć© uma piada. Fora isso, tudo excelente.

Infelizmente a estadia nĆ£o foi agradĆ”vel. O atendimento na recepĆ§Ć£o nĆ£o foi bom, demora demais para ser atendido, nĆ£o passa as informaƧƵes do hotel corretamente, o recepcionista mal humor. No quarto o ralo do banheiro continha odor pĆ©ssimo. O cafĆ© da manhĆ£ Ć© variado, bom, mas o pĆ£o de queijo estava duro. Na minha estadia o hotel tinha um dos elevadores parado e demorava muito. Ficou ruim a estadia, nĆ£o voltaria mais e nĆ£o recomendo.
