This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldn’t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldn’t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriend…go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

Apenas a recepção parece ser mais moderna. No mais hotel antigo, banheiro ruim, pelo qual a janela fica rente a janela do banheiro do quarto vizinho, separado por um alumínio cheio de furos. Ouve-se todos os detalhes. Vale a pena pagar um pouco mais e ficar no Hilton. Perto dos locais badalados da Brava. E extremamente confortável novo.

Pessoal nada prestativo da recepção. Hotel não tem quem ajude no carregamento e condução das malas aos quartos. Hotel tem estacionamento terceirizado que precisa ser pago separadamente, mas mesmo pagando quando chega a noite no estacionamento é não tem vaga mandam colocar o carro na rua. Como não ter vaga se já foi pago pela vaga?

Li nos comentários que as condições do hotel era péssima, viajei mesmo assim para lá, fui surpreendida como o hotel era incrível, limpeza, café da manhã 10 estrelas, educação dos funcionários. O estacionamento é pago ou deixa na rua. Mas fica em ótima localização, nada a reclamar, só agradecer.

ÓTIMA LOCALIZAÇÃO E ÓTIMO CUSTO BENEFÍCIO
Hotel atende as espectativas, ótimo atendimento de todos os funcionárias e de todas as áreas, ótima instalações com tudo funconando perfeitamente, tudo muito limpo. Fácil acesso a bons restaurantes, estabelecimentos e praias e facil acesso a Balneário sem precisar acessar a BR Única crítica é quanto o alto custo do estacionamento, tanto no valor quanto a comunicação. R$ 30,00 a diária entendo ser um valor elevado por não ser vallet e ser uma área do próprio hotel. Paguei o estacionamento antecipado para 5 dias e ao retornar dos passeios, Houve falha de comunicações por 3 dias seguidos no qual tomei uma canceira na entrada do estacionamento, com a elagação de não estar registrado o meu veículo.

Quarto quádruplo, (família), extremamente pequeno para 4 pessoas. Para quem vai passar mais que uma noite se torna muito desagradável. A decoração do quarto é legal, porém projeto de iluminação péssimo, quarto extremamente escuro, muitas luminárias porem só luz de efeito, não clareia nada, além de faltar luz no corredor de acesso em frente ao guarda roupa, daí precisa ficar clareando com lanterna do celular. Falta de lugar para pendurar toalhas. Área da piscina não condiz com as fotos, não é nada convidativa. A comida do restaurante é excelente e bem servida, café da manhã muito bom também. No final das contas não voltaria para ficar em quarto quádruplo de jeito nenhum.

O hotel nos deu uma excelente impressão mas em uma noite em que chegamos por volta das 22h o rapaz que cuida do estacionamento informou que não havia vagas, mesmo nós já tendo pago antecipadamente a diária do estacionamento. Fui obrigado a insistir bastante, com muita ênfase, pois o carro não iria dormir na rua estando com estacionamento pago. Reportamos o problema na recepção do hotel e até hoje espero alguma resposta por parte do hotel. Foi bastante desagradável
