"On arrival the staff were very welcoming and helpful especially with explaining the car parking payment method which was new to me. The restaurant menu was varied and fairly priced. Breakfast was , I thought, very calm and had a great variety on offer for a very large hotel. The car park was not the easiest to get to as it was at the rear of the property but was just a few yards away. A great stay. "

Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive throughout. Our room, tucked away on its own subfloor, was stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up for a relaxing stay – from quality tea and coffee options to fresh milk in the fridge and bath salts in the bathroom. The complimentary wine and beer hour between 5–6pm was a classy touch, and we really appreciated the generous midday checkout and bottled water for the road. A brilliant experience from start to finish."
