"Beautiful hotel with a lovely pool and spa area. Excellent location. The only issue was the restaurant which was extremely loud and not ideal for our group. The library bar was closed and not accessible to our group unfortunately. The service in the restaurant at dinner was very poor we eventually left without an offer of deserts or coffees . "

Was a mix up at check in when guest from the previous night was still in the apartment as he'd got a late check, but reception quickly allocated us another room on a higher floor. Room was well equipped, with large bed, cooking facilities, washing machine, dishwasher and a comfy settee. Supplied The White Company Noir shampoo and shower gel, no conditioner so bring your own. "A good experience this was our 3rd time. Lovely spa, one of the best. the food superb except the breakfast sausage a little overdone on both mornings. my only negative was the size of the room. If felt small, the bathroom was built into the room. The bed was not as wide as the one we sleep on at home. In previous rooms I have felt the size was better."

"Pleasant stay close to Manchester airport for 2 nights before flying home to Australia. Handy for dropping off hire in Cheadle. Freezing cold weather so didn’t get chance to see the surrounding park land. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Found us a ground floor room as we had a lot of luggage and we didn’t fancy carrying it up to the second floor. They did offer to assist but changing rooms was more sensible."
